I'd recommend you start with a Greengrass tutorial: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/defer-component-updates-tutorial.html

Greengrass can run _any_ process at all, so you can learn how to use KVS or anything else without involving Greengrass, then add Greengrass later on.

Hi, 

I want to do the following:
- Connect deepstream to AWS IoT core for inference detection such as people detection 
- Connect deepstream with the kinesis video stream running on Jetson nano
- Bundle all of the above using AWS Greengrass core on the jetson nano 
I have attached a simple architecture for the above approach we are looking at.

I've gone through a couple of videos but what has been used is cloud formation. I would want to do this manually to get a grip before proceeding
