Getting Kicked Out of Console when Attempting to Select Another Region

I keep being kicked out of my account when selecting Oska& Stockholm to delete PVC after the account has been compromised. I also get an error message of the document is empty. I am trying to clean all the damage and was successful with most parts apart from those two every time I try I get logged-out of the account. How to go about this?
