Domain Lockedout by Website services provider nowfloats

0

skytechmt.com is a domain hosted by AWS via nowfloats is of my ownership. I had used nowfloats services of website design & maintenance since 5 years. They had also provided free zoho email alongside. Now this domain had expired a few days ago but we paid the redemption fee and renewed it again. Because of this business mail services from zoho stopped and we were asked to re authroized by zoho (DNS TXT ..etc)

When we shared authorization details asked nowfloats to do the needful they said our website services subscription had expired & I have to resubscribe to it. I DON'T WANT TO USE NOWFLOATS SERVICES AGAIN, so they hav now denied to assist me in getting my zoho mails reauthorized. Unfortunately nowfloats was initially using aws servers or was using aws services but now they have changed their services to other providers but since my account is pending to be moved as they informed.

Please help my as my business is affected because of the zoho mails not being authroized and have stopped working since last 10 days.

as per zoho aws is currently hosting my domain and I request AWS to restrict access by nowfloats for this domain and allow only my aws account with this domain so that I can re authroize my domain and start using zoho mail services and get started with my new website designing work.

As a user of AWS services, you have control over the DNS settings for your domain skytechmt.com. You can update the DNS records to authorize Zoho for email services without needing assistance from NowFloats. Here's what you can do:

Access your AWS account and navigate to the Route 53 console. Locate the hosted zone for skytechmt.com. Update the DNS records as per Zoho's instructions for email authorization (e.g., adding TXT records). Once the DNS records are updated, follow Zoho's process to reauthorize your domain for email services. Verify with Zoho that the authorization is successful and your email services are active again. You do not need NowFloats' assistance to manage DNS records for your domain. If you encounter any issues during this process, you can reach out to AWS Support for further assistance.
