Hi there,
I'm so sorry to hear that your account remains suspended.
Your need to have this resolved is understandable & I've taken measures internally to give your case visibility.
Continue watching your case for updates.

I tried to upgrade to support plus plan but because my account was suspended I wasn't able to upgrade. For bank transaction info like the reference no and transactions are sent in the case as detailed as much as possible.

I understand how frustrating it is to have your account suspended even after making payment in full. Account suspensions related to billing typically require manual review by the AWS billing and account teams, especially when payment synchronization issues occur.
Since you've already opened a support case and provided payment documentation, the best course of action is to continue working through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can add additional correspondence to your existing case with any new information, such as payment confirmation numbers or bank statements showing the cleared transactions.
Payment processing and account reinstatement can sometimes take additional time when manual reconciliation is needed, particularly if there were multiple transactions or if the billing system hasn't automatically reflected the payments. The billing team will need to verify the payments against your account and process the reinstatement.
While waiting for resolution, ensure you've provided all relevant payment details in your support case, including transaction dates, amounts, and any confirmation numbers from your payment method. This will help the billing team process your case more efficiently once they review it.
