Unable to run a ECS Task - "your account is blocked" Error

  1. Received the following error when trying to run an ECS task for the first time.

error message: HTTP status code 400 Your account is currently blocked.

  1. Able to use all other services.

Is it possible to deploy by changing the region and setting?
I have experienced a similar error in the past, but at that time I opened a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and had them unblock my account.
Therefore, contacting AWS Support may resolve the issue.
