I´m facing a problem related to lack of permission to create the read replica database in the RDS, therefore I´m stuck in the lab and I can not

There is no permission to rds:CreateDBCluster.

Since it is a certification lab, I also can not modify anything related to permission in this lab.

I kindly ask the help from whom are the administrator of this lab. I´ve already destroyed and created the lab however the problem persists

This sounds super frustrating — and you're definitely not alone. Some AWS Cloud Quest labs are known to have strict permission boundaries that block certain actions like rds:CreateDBCluster, even when the challenge suggests otherwise.

Since it's a sandboxed certification lab, unfortunately you can’t update the permissions yourself. I'd recommend:

Submitting feedback directly inside the lab (if the option is available).

Opening a support ticket with AWS Training & Certification Support — they can escalate lab-specific bugs.

For now, skip ahead if possible and return later — sometimes lab environments get patched behind the scenes.

You’re not doing anything wrong — this looks like a lab config issue, not user error.
