Hi
it seems your website is experiencing specific access restrictions within Malaysia when accessed on PC Chrome. However, it works fine on mobile Chrome or when using a VPN. This suggests a potential issue related to:
- Regional DNS Settings: Malaysia might have specific DNS configurations that are blocking or redirecting your website.
- ISP-Level Restrictions: Your ISP in Malaysia could be imposing restrictions on certain types of content or domains.
- CDN Issues: If you're using a Content Delivery Network (CDN), there might be regional configuration problems affecting Malaysia.
- Firewall or Security Software: Local firewalls or security software on the PC could be interfering with the connection.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check DNS Settings:
Manual DNS: Try manually setting your DNS to a public DNS server like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). Flush DNS Cache: Clear your browser's DNS cache to ensure it's using the new settings.
Test with Different ISPs:
If possible, try accessing the website from a different internet connection in Malaysia to see if the issue persists.
Check CDN Configuration:
Contact your CDN provider to ensure there are no regional restrictions or configuration errors affecting Malaysia.
Disable Local Firewalls and Security Software:
Temporarily disable any local firewalls or security software on the PC to see if it resolves the issue. Be cautious as this can increase your vulnerability to security threats..
Inspect Network Logs:
Use browser developer tools (F12) to inspect network logs and look for any error messages or unusual HTTP status codes. Reach Out to Website Hosting Provider:
Contact your website hosting provider to inquire about any known issues or restrictions affecting your website's access from Malaysia.
Consult with a Network Specialist:
If you're still unable to resolve the issue, consider consulting with a network specialist who can analyze your network configuration and identify any potential problems.

Thank you very much Sandeep, it is now working - I am hoping to get a report back from my developers what triggered the above. It is not AWS related - as my other sites were still working well (initially I was informed otherwise which turned out to be inaccurate). I will post here once I have verified the root cause and how it was resolved.
