Could not retrieve AWS beanstalk configuration information.

Hi. As in the title, AWS beanstalk configuration information cannot be retrieved We are using Amazon 1 AMI images, but I received an e-mail not long ago saying that we do not support Amazon AMI 1 images. The mail did not say that the AMI image would be erased, but there is an error called "Unable to look up root device name for image 'ami-0a64....' during the configuration of the beanstalk environment, is this image erased? Or is there another problem?
