How to link personal account to a root account and make payments from the root account

I am currently planning to run some simulations using IonQ, but the problem is that I don’t know how to link my personal account to my PI’s root account so that he can make payments for my simulations. Anyone has any advice on that? I would really appreciate it!

Probably best if the paying account creates an account for you under their organization so the bill rolls up to them.
