No AWS support correspondence for 10 days regarding cloudfront enablement

-3

Hey,

I have not received a response from AWS for about 10 days now regarding an issue that is stopping me from deploying my website to production.

This is super frustrating, do I have any other avenues to follow or just wait?

Cheers, Harry

I understand your frustration with the delayed response. Here are some avenues you can explore:

Escalation Options:

  • If you have an AWS Support plan (Developer, Business, or Enterprise), you can reopen your existing case and request an update or escalation
  • Check your support case in the AWS Support Center to ensure it's still open and hasn't been inadvertently closed
  • If you have a Business or Enterprise Support plan, you can request to speak with a support manager for escalation

Alternative Contact Methods:

  • Try reaching out through the AWS Support Center directly if you haven't already
  • If you're on an Enterprise Support plan, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) if one is assigned to your account
  • For account-related issues that may be blocking service enablement, you can also check if there are any outstanding verification or billing issues in your account

Community Resources:

  • While waiting, you can post in the AWS re:Post community forums where AWS experts and community members may be able to provide guidance
  • Check the AWS Service Health Dashboard to see if there are any known issues affecting CloudFront

Important Note: Response times vary based on your support plan tier. If you're on the Basic (free) support plan, response times are not guaranteed. Consider upgrading to a paid support plan (Developer, Business, or Enterprise) for faster response times and additional support channels, especially for production-critical issues.

I'd recommend checking your case status first and then following up directly through the Support Center to request an update on your case.
