Accessing Pairs EC2 too slow from Spain

I create a EC2 server node on Pairs, but we accessing this EC2 very slow and traceroute results as below, Can you help tell me how to troubleshooting this issue ?

What's unusual about your traceroute is that the first IP address with any significant latency is (according to whois lookups) in Singapore. That would explain the latency but it doesn't explain why this is happening.

Are you running any VPN software on your local machine? Or something else that would cause the trafic to be routed somewhere differently?
