My Lightsail instance is not reachable via TCP request following the ip over https

Recently i created new Ubuntu 22.04 Lightsail instance and I installed cloudron service on my lightsail instance. the final instruction from the setup cloudron script says that I need to reboot my instance and open browser in the https://my-lightsail-public-ip and accept the risk to proceed over HTTP:
it says on ssh login:
			WELCOME TO CLOUDRON
			-------------------

Visit one of the following URLs on your browser and accept the self-signed certificate to finish setup.
  * https://xx.xx.xx.xx
  * https://[xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xx]

If you look at the document below, it says that you can connect using "https://ipaddress" as is.

I think it depends on the error message when you can't connect, but if it's a timeout error, etc., please check whether the necessary communication is allowed in the Lightsail instance's firewall.

There may also be a problem with the OS's firewall.  
If you are using Ubuntu, you can enable HTTPS using the command below, so please check that.  
```
sudo ufw status
sudo ufw allow proto tcp to 0.0.0.0/0 port 443
