My Lightsail instance is not reachable via TCP request following the ip over https

0

Recently i created new Ubuntu 22.04 Lightsail instance and I installed cloudron service on my lightsail instance. the final instruction from the setup cloudron script says that I need to reboot my instance and open browser in the https://my-lightsail-public-ip and accept the risk to proceed over HTTP: it says on ssh login: WELCOME TO CLOUDRON -------------------

Visit one of the following URLs on your browser and accept the self-signed certificate to finish setup.

Hello.

If you look at the document below, it says that you can connect using "https://ipaddress" as is.
https://docs.cloudron.io/installation/

I think it depends on the error message when you can't connect, but if it's a timeout error, etc., please check whether the necessary communication is allowed in the Lightsail instance's firewall.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/understanding-firewall-and-port-mappings-in-amazon-lightsail.html

There may also be a problem with the OS's firewall.
If you are using Ubuntu, you can enable HTTPS using the command below, so please check that.

sudo ufw status
sudo ufw allow proto tcp to 0.0.0.0/0 port 443
