AWS account suspended for 3+ days after payment cleared — no human response on support cases

-1

My AWS account has remained suspended for more than 72 hours even though all outstanding bills were fully paid immediately. I have already opened multiple support cases, but none of them have even been assigned.

This has caused significant operational and financial impact because our infrastructure/services remain inaccessible while there is no way to contact a real human from AWS Support.

Current issues: All pending dues already cleared Multiple support cases raised No assignment or human response for 3 days Only automated chatbot responses directing back to the same broken support flow

I understand security and billing reviews are important, but completely locking customers out without timely human review is extremely frustrating and damaging for businesses relying on AWS infrastructure.

Can any AWS moderator or support representative please escalate this to the Account & Billing / Verification team for urgent manual review?

I understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must be for your business. While I cannot directly escalate your specific case or access your account details, I can provide guidance on the proper channels to resolve account suspension issues.

When an AWS account is suspended due to billing issues, even after payment has been made, there can be a delay while the payment is processed and verified. However, 72+ hours without human response is certainly longer than expected.

For urgent account suspension matters, especially those involving billing and account verification, you should:

  1. Contact AWS Support directly by phone - If you have a support plan, use the phone support option as it typically provides faster response times than case-based support for urgent account issues.

  2. Ensure your support cases are filed under the correct category - Account and billing issues should be categorized as "Account and Billing Support" to route to the appropriate team.

  3. Check your payment method status - Verify that the payment has fully cleared and that there are no holds or verification requirements from your payment provider that might be delaying AWS's confirmation.

  4. Review any email communications - AWS may have sent additional verification requests or information requirements to your account's registered email address that need to be completed before reactivation.

If you haven't already, try reaching out through the AWS Support Center with a new case specifically marked as urgent and clearly stating that services are down and payment has cleared. For accounts without support plans, billing and account management support is still available.

Unfortunately, I cannot directly escalate cases or connect you with specific AWS teams, but following the official support channels with clear documentation of your payment and the business impact should help prioritize your case.
