I understand how frustrating it can be when account verification issues block your ability to move forward with your project. Account verification problems can sometimes require manual review by AWS's specialized teams.
For account verification issues, the best path forward is to continue working through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can add additional correspondence to your existing case with any new details about the error messages you're seeing, which may help expedite the review process.
If you haven't already, consider reviewing your AWS Support plan options, as different support tiers offer varying response times. Business and Enterprise Support plans typically provide faster response times for account-related issues.
Account verification cases often require specific security and compliance checks, which can take some time to complete thoroughly. The support team handling your case will have access to the necessary tools and permissions to work with the Account Verification team directly on your behalf.

Hi,
I apologize for the concern this has caused. While we're unable to action cases through this platform, I have shared your request with our teams.
Continue to monitor your case via our Support and keep an eye out for a reply there: go.aws/support-center.

Thank you for the response, but providing generic boilerplate advice and suggesting paid Business Support plans does not resolve this issue.
I am stuck at the basic account verification stage due to a technical red error on the AWS form. My open support case has been sitting as 'Unassigned' for days with no agent assigned to it. Visiting the Support Center only leads to automated replies, which is why I came to re:Post for human assistance.
Expecting a user to upgrade to a paid Business Support plan just to resolve a basic verification bug on a new account is completely unreasonable.
I urgently request an AWS Employee or Moderator on this forum to internally escalate this case to the Account Verification / Billing team to manually unblock my account.
