Update Lightsail Windows 2019 to Windows 2022

As answered in the question below, I think it is necessary to deal with it side-by-side rather than in-place upgrade.
In other words, the method is to create a new Windows 2022 Lightsail instance, migrate applications etc. to Windows 2022, confirm operation, and then switch DNS records etc.
