BuildSpec.yml with Local Code Build agent working fine but in AWS Its Not

Here is the CodeBuild log When I'm running the build in the AWS Code Build environment, you can see below, that the output (in red box) of the command is EMPTY. It should display the list of the changed objects.

But, when I'm running the same command in the Local Code Build Env, the see the correct output -

Can you please help me to figure out what am I missing? I tried to integrate the Build stage into my pipeline just to see if that would make it work but it did work with CodePipeline also. Here is my source provide output artifact config - (FULL Clone to get git metadata in the artifact for code build).
