Lightsail Wordpress site not accessible

0

I setup a Wordpress site using Lightsail in 2023 and it was working (although I had to setup a nightly reboot since the site would stop working after a few days.) Today I tried to access it (https://www.techhelpfornonprofits.org), but no luck. I've rebooted the site, tried accessing via the IP address, changed the IP and also restored a backup snapshot from March of this year. I can access the console, but that's about it. Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: This seems to be an issue with my Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. I'm not able to renew the certificate since it's still valid. How can I completely remove Let's Encrypt so I can reinstall the cert?

Hello.

Is it possible to connect to Lightsail via SSH and check the web server error log etc?
There may be logs output to the error log that are useful for troubleshooting.
By the way, what is the CPU usage rate?
There is a possibility that Lightsail's specifications are insufficient, so why not try using a larger plan when restoring from a snapshot?

Also, since this problem may be a problem with WordPress rather than Lightsail, I recommend that you also post on the WordPress forum from the URL below.

Luckily I had a snapshot so I was able to restore the site so it's working now.

Thanks for responding. Where would the logs be located? (Linux isn't my strength)
