My wordpress site hosted on EC2 but site works very slow or offline

I hosted my wordpress website on EC2 instance and the websiye runs slow many times a day. First it was on t2.micro level then I upgraded it to t3a.medium than also it is running slow. I checked CPU usgae it is aroung 20-40. please help me reagarding this. Many a times it shows offline error.

You need more metrics to be able to understand what is the problem with your application, currently you only have the basic metrics, but I recommend you to install the cloudwatch agent to have more metrics like CPU, disk or RAM
