DMS Serverless does not currently support Event Subscriptions. We recommend using EventBridge instead to achieve this.
AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS) can use Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) to provide notifications when an AWS DMS event occurs using EventBridge.

The process is similar to :

however, since it is 'serverless', you cannot select an instance from the replication instance drop down list.
you can still however select in the "event source", the replication task you want to "Create event subscription" for.
