Discontinue AWS Services and charges

I have been trying to discontinue this service and charges for over a year, now. It was a test for my IT classes but it did not fit with the curriculum. Now, I cannot get out of this test. What do I need to do to cancel these services? Ruth Cassidy raca441dy@gmail.com

Use the AWS Cost Explorer to see which resources are being charged.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ja_jp/cost-management/latest/userguide/ce-what-is.html

After confirmation, you can delete unnecessary resources and no charge will be incurred.
