not able to deactivate services

I created Amazon Active Directory by mistake as simple AD option was not shown. Now I am not able to deactivate or delete or stop. I have hardl explored AWS and I am seeing a bill projection of approx 20$ Please help

Can you post a screenshot or paste the specific error you are seeing when trying to remove the Managed AD?
