Hello, Currently PostgreSQL version 9.4 and higher (for versions 9.x), 10.x, 11.x, 12.x, 13.x 14.x, and 15.x are supported as a source for DMS. You can refer this link for the same.
We do not have ETA for Postresql 16, but I would suggest you to check What's New with AWS page as What's New Posts provides brief overview of all AWS service, feature, and region expansion announcements as AWS released.
Hello Brandon, currently we do not have ETA for Postresql 16, but I would suggest you to check What's New with AWS page for the update. Thank you
Thank you for your response Dhvani, just out of curiosity what would you suggest as the best way around this if we have already upgraded our RDS instance to PostgresSQL 16
PostgreSQL 16.x as source with logical replication on read replicas will be a massive win

Hi there is there any update on the timeline for this?
Asking the same - it's been a while since the 16 release and we are experiencing issues due to this.
