CNAME record doesn't propagate

I'm trying to add the CNAME to my DNS settings in Amazon Route 53. I'm trying to do this for ActiveCampaign and for Lemlist. Both tools will be used for marketing purposes.

Looks like I can't get it right, although I do exactly what is asked by the tools, adding the right host and value details.

I've been waiting for 5 days and it's still not working, so I was hoping someone can help me out here.

Hi, this is Abhi from AWS. What is the CNAME you are adding? Can you provide the dig and dig +trace output for the records not resolving? There are multiple possible root causes. Perhaps, the CNAME is pointing to an invalid domain name, incorrect subdomain delegation, caching, etc.
