S3 Bucket access from AWS website

I'm new to S3 Buckets. I have one set up to transfer large amounts of video media files with accompanying data. However, the .SRT files aren't showing up when we auto ingest the content into the media servers. Is there a way to manually enter the S3 bucket from this AWS website to download the .SRT files so I can later attach them to the video files?
