Change name on my certification account

Team,

Am trying from past few days to change name on my certification account, I have all screenshots proving this link never works. As per the doc using this link (https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) but this never works. 1) there is no inquiry field called "Account Assistance". 2) it always throws som error.

IMP : my exam is scheduled for May 16th 5:00 am CDT. I need immediate assistance.

This is my candidate id : *

Current Name in Account First Name: Sreeram Last Name: Somanchi Corrected Name for Account First Name: * Last Name: Somanchi

*Edit: Removed candidate ID and part of name since it's considered PII. - John M.

That should be able to ask for the right enquire.

Manage to submit the enquire too: Enquire

    I have selected Certification and Name change. however when I click submit its throwing error at the bottom of the screen and there is a blank space so I can't even read what the error is to fix. Is there a way that I can attach a screenshot?

    See above. I just managed to send enquire successfully. am using Chrome, also make sure if you are not in VPN or similar, as at least worked for me

    I just tried again now, I see some error unfortunately I can't see what the error is. Am NOT on any VPN. I have tried both in Chrome and in Safari nothing works. Am not sure how do I attach screenshot
