AWS Sydney Intermittent Issues Dialing IN


Hi all,

Having intermittent dial-in issue with out IVR flow in AWS Sydney region.
We only have basic support so am unable to log a case for the issue.
Can anyone advise if they're having the same issue and it's just a capacity problem?

Update: AWS Health Notification Came Through and it's the local networks not aws.
