This appears to be an issue related to the AWS Cloud Quest recertification process. When you see the message "recertification is not available at the moment," it typically means one of two things:
-
You might be attempting to use Cloud Quest for recertification purposes, but your certification status or candidate ID is not properly recognized by the system. The Cloud Quest platform needs to verify your AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner status and confirm you're within the 6-month recertification window before allowing access to recertification modules.
-
There could be a technical issue with the Cloud Quest environment itself, which is preventing you from accessing the final module.
To resolve this issue, I recommend:
- Verify that you're using the correct candidate ID associated with your AWS certification
- Check if your AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification is actually within the 6-month recertification window
- Try logging out completely and logging back in to refresh your session
- Use a different browser (some users have reported success switching from Edge to Chrome)
- If possible, restart the entire quest
If none of these steps work, you should contact the AWS Training Team directly through their official support channel. Unfortunately, permission and certification validation issues in Cloud Quest environments cannot be resolved through community support and require direct assistance from the AWS Training Team.
