1

When we try to access our website from phone with Mobile network, the website works and we get directed to the Landing Page, but when we try to access it on Hardwire home Broadband service, the website does not work. Various details regarding the website, SSL and domain name is residing with BigRock, uses Route-53 and EC-2 instance. Trying to access it through Chrome on window says, "ERR_Connection_Refused". How can we resolve this issue?

Hi, give that you website is available from mobile network, this mean that the website is up and working file and there are not further configuration that you need to perform from AWS side. The issue you are facing on connecting your device from your home network could be related to your network or machine configuration. To better understand the issue, please:

  • please try to connect to you website from your machine using your mobile network?
  • and also please connecting to you website using you phone from your home network? Based on the results we could investigate further.

If the issue is within your machine, you could try to clear the cache of your browser and also update the DNS configuration of your system. If the issue is within your wifi, you could check if you have any network filter in place that are blocking the connection to the website

  • Tried connecting with mobile hotspot, the website works on laptop. Should have mentioned, the issue happens with multiple people over their personal devices in their home networks, and issue happens over different cities, different Internet service providers. Edit: If anybody tries connecting to the website using their home network on mobile, then also, the website cannot be accessed
