AWS cloud Practitioner exam results delayed

Question

I appeared for AWS cloud practitioner exam on 31st December 2022 through PSI registrations. 
I still can’t see exam scores and certification details on my dashboard. In the exam history section it never shows the details of the exam taken.It’s been 10 days now.
I have also raised my concern to AWS support. Case number XXXXXXXXXXXX. Candidate Id XXXXXXXX.

The response is very slow. Can someone help me resolve this issue? Has anyone encountered similar issue?
