Support Case - unassigned - Lightsail

-1

Hello,

I opened a ticket 7 days ago requesting a static IP increase for a specific location, but it has not yet been assigned. While I know paid support is ideal for technical troubleshooting, this is a basic service limit request.

Since we are already a paying customer for AWS and Lightsail, could you please let me know how we can get this ticket reviewed? Any update on the outcome would be greatly appreciated.

I understand your concern about your support case regarding the Lightsail static IP limit increase. Service limit increase requests are important, and I can provide some guidance on how to follow up.

The best way to check on the status of your existing case is to log into the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. From there, you can view your open cases and add correspondence to provide any additional information or request an update on the progress.

For service limit increases, response times can vary depending on your AWS Support plan. You can add a follow-up message to your case through the Support Center, and the support team will be able to provide you with a status update on your static IP limit increase request.
