AWS Backup External resources hypervisor user permissions in vmware

AWS Backup>hypervisor user permissions What VMWare permissions does the role need to have? What objects does it need access to?

User configured on the hypervisor screen is returning Latest metadata sync status: Partially Failed. I'm granting the user Administrator role but restricting what objects it is applied to ; ie user only has access to specific cluster, datastore, networks, folder.......
