Root account email not found when attempting to log in

0

I use a password manager so it's not like I can forget my root email and/or password. Last time I accessed was a couple of weeks ago. Today I can't even enter my email when trying to log on. No "forgot password", nothing. Nobody else has access to this account. What do I do?

It may be possible that your account might have been compromised and root user email has been changed. As you mentioned you can't loging to account, I'd suggest you to reach out to AWS support asap. Use this billing or account support form and provide detailed information about the issue, someone from support would definitely be able to help you about.

You can report an abuse using this form.

Thanks, eventually the error message changed to "something is wrong with your request, clear your cookies and try again". That fixed the issue.
