Hi, Ravichand

  1. Log into your AWS Training & Certification account at https://www.aws.training/Certification
  2. Once logged in, select Go To Your Account
  3. Then navigate to My Account > Profile in the upper right
  4. Once there, it should allow you to update the Full Name field
  5. Upon completing Full Name correction, navigate to bottom and click Save Changes
  6. Validate that the Full Name updated correctly

Contact AWS Training & Certification support directly by using this form https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training I had to request the same thing a few years ago and used this. They got it resolved fairly quickly.

  • That is what I have used already in the first place and I did not receive response even after nearly 5 days. I am still waiting. I got a note on the web browser after submission that a case has been created and that I will not receive a case confirmation email but that one of the associates will contact via email which did not happen until now. There should be an alternate way of pursuing besides just email such as a phone number to call to just in case. I have been waiting nearly a week for this to happen, so I can go ahead and register for the exam. I am also tied to a builder id.

    Thanks
