Nginx not serving app. How to check why

I am trying to migrate a MediaWiki install to AWS.
I have transferred the one main MediaWiki folder. Created and imported the backup database. Edited the wiki.conf file for new server name, I put new ip address then tried domain name, and new root, and new php8.1-fpm line. Installed a new ssl certificate. Pointed domain to new ip address. I can only get the "Welcome to Nginx!" screen. Are there other config files I am to transfer or edit? The Localsettings.php did not seem to need editing. Added permissions of 755 to file folder and chown to www-data.
