Amazon Titan Text Express - Language

Hello,

Docs say that Amazon Titan Text Express (amazon.titan-text-express-v1) is available in other Language than English. Trying to use it in French and I get error message :

I have try with two different region : us-east-1 and eu-central-1. No issue in English
