Service Quota Case not addressed for 3 days

We are trying to increase our SNS Messaging quota and have opened a case. Despite multiple follow ups we haven't received an answer on our case.

Be patient as it may take some time (happened same to me recently). If you have a Technical Account Manager reach out if she/he can help.

Otherwise reply to the AWS ticket asking for updates.
