X-Ray dropping the tracing logs after some time

Hi, we are using X-Ray for application logs tracing but X-Ray is not able to show case all the logs and after some times it drops off the tracing. Is it some limitations with X-Ray or how we can enables X-Ray for the complete logs tracing.
