Docker Registry Paths for Catboost algorithm

Hi there, As far as I can see the Catboost algo uses a Pytorch container which in your region it would be something like this: '763104351884.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/pytorch-training:1.9.0-cpu-py38'
