Dear AWS Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an ongoing issue related to my domain, JuneNYC.com, which I believe is impacting my email functionality.
I have been experiencing significant difficulties in receiving emails from my outlook account, particularly receiving from Gmail accounts, among others. The emails do not arrive in my Outlook inbox, nor do I receive any notifications or bounce-back messages indicating a problem. This issue began following an attempted domain transfer to GoDaddy.
To provide some background, upon contacting GoDaddy support, I was informed that the transfer of JuneNYC.com may not have been successful, as the domain still appears to be associated with AWS, indicated by the absence of the domain in my GoDaddy account and the fact that my website's DNS is still pointing to Cloudflare, not GoDaddy.
Furthermore, it was mentioned that an authorization code, which I do not recall receiving, was required for a successful transfer, suggesting that the domain might still be under AWS.
Upon checking my AWS account, I was unable to locate my domain, JuneNYC.com, which adds to the confusion and leads me to believe there might be an issue with the domain's status or configuration within AWS that is causing my email delivery problems.
I kindly request your assistance with the following:
-
Confirming the current status of my domain, JuneNYC.com stay with AWS, Not Go Daddy.
-
Most importantly, identifying and rectifying any configurations or issues within AWS that might be impacting my email functionality.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as the inability to receive emails is significantly impacting my business operations.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am looking forward to your swift response.
Best regards,
