Urgent: AWS Cloud practicioner exam name change request

Hi,

I have my AWS AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam scheduled on 12 Aug 2023 at 10:00 Singapore time. This is an online proctored exam managed by Pearson VUE.

On my ID my Last name is Saravanamani and my full name is written as below, Ramalingam Saravanamani on my ID but in reality my last name on the ID is my given name and the first name is my surname but in the sign up I was asked to put given name and surname so I was confused. My exam is in less than 12 hours.

I have already raised the Customer Support request to update my name but I have not received any response yet. Is there any method to get it resolved urgently? Please let me know if my request will be resolved by tomorrow or if i can do anything to fix this
