EC2 EBS Snapshots

I terminated AMI before deregistering it, in Snaphot it shows it can't be deleted because AMI is still using it, and AMI is already deleted, so how to delete that Snaphot...?

Is it not possible to check the AMI using AWS CLI etc.?

aws ec2 describe-images --owners AWS-Account-ID
