At first,you should Moving out of the Amazon SES sandbox, ONLY in this way can you send emails to your customers on a large scale in a production environment.
After you moved out from sandbox, If you know some programming languages (Java, Python, Node, etc.), you can use AWS SDK to send email.
you can also use Amazon Pinpoint,it offers marketers and developers one customizable tool to deliver customer communications across channels, segments, and campaigns at scale.
You could also consider using something like Sendy which is a cheap and easy way of being able to manage your subscribers list and send out emails. If you want to get more involved then you could look up some tutorials on sending emails via SES using your language of choice, e.g. PHP, Python, etc
