AWS does offer you free tier, but if you're using resources that are not within free tier, you will be billed.
I would advice you to take a look at the billing, what is generating costs and remove those resources - so no additional costs are accumulating.

i just used for learning purpose so please remove that billing
To contact AWS billing find "Support" in the console, and open a case there.
Cannot promise that'll change your bill, but doesn't hurt to ask.
