Tool for Data Dictionary (similar to SQL Doc)

Question

A customer is building a data lake solution, and will leverage RedShift. He wants a tool for "Data Dictionary" (to show relations between data, columns, and catalogue the data in a "dictionary"), and mentioned SQL Doc does this. Do we offer anything similar?

1) The customer data lake would be in S3, 2) the catalog in Glue, 3) they have to create a Redshift external table as mentioned [External table redshift spectrum][2] and then query the data from S3 using Redshift. It is also an effective way to join datawarehouse with the data lake. Once the data lake metadata is present in Redshift the customer can use any of the supported data-dictionary-tools.
