CodeBuild GitHub Actions runners & policies

Is it possible to configure branch-specific policies for a CodeBuild project that is a GitHub Actions runner?

I'm talking about this feature: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codebuild/latest/userguide/action-runner.html

I am looking for something like GitHub OIDC functionality: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/security-for-github-actions/security-hardening-your-deployments/configuring-openid-connect-in-amazon-web-services#adding-the-identity-provider-to-aws

Where you can specify branches and patterns.
