SERVFAIL errors occur when there’s an error communicating with a DNS server. The “SERVFAIL" rcode obtained on the three servers in the country of Brazil may have a number of causes, including incorrect subdomain delegation that's configured in the public hosted zone, or due to misconfigurations in the name server record of a domain's hosted zone. This misconfiguration may involve either incorrect edits/updates to the existing name servers specified or the addition of new name servers to the NS record's value. These misconfigurations can lead to issues where DNS resolution fails or behaves unexpectedly for the affected domain. It is crucial to ensure that name server records are accurately configured in the hosted zone to avoid such partial DNS SERVFAIL errors. That being said, in testing from my end I do see that your domain is currently resolving from all regions and I suspect you have already resolved the issue. I have included a link below for more information and troubleshooting steps to resolve DNS SERVFAIL issues provided: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/route53-dns-servfail-response
