I can not access my account

Whenever I have to create my AWS account, it says that I already have an account and they send a confirmation to my email. However, at the same time, I receive an error notification: Enter image description here *Edit: Removed photo with email address — Ann D.

    I trying it now, I append +anotherword also and received a new email message saying: This email specified is already associated with an AWS account.

    When I try a new contact support I am answered by email sayind: Do you need access your account console to continue this issues. WTF? How can I resolve this problem trying explain my situation if isn't possible access my own account?

    I'm very tired of this. It's been 1 year and I haven't had a solution.
