This could be due to several reasons, such as a previously registered account with the same email address or issues with the verification process. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- Verify Existing Account If AWS says you already have an account, you should first verify if there is indeed an existing AWS account associated with your email address. You can do this by attempting to reset your password:
Go to the AWS Sign-In page. Click on "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
2 Clear Browser Cache and Cookies Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with the account creation process. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try creating the account again.
- Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode Try using a different browser or open a private/incognito window to create your AWS account. This can help bypass any cached information that might be causing the issue.
and lastly
- Contact AWS Support If you have tried the above steps and are still encountering issues, it's best to contact AWS Support for assistance. They can help you resolve account creation issues and determine if there is an existing account associated with your email address.

Thanks for your feedback Adeleke!
I trying it now, I append +anotherword also and received a new email message saying: This email specified is already associated with an AWS account.
When I try a new contact support I am answered by email sayind: Do you need access your account console to continue this issues. WTF? How can I resolve this problem trying explain my situation if isn't possible access my own account?
I'm very tired of this. It's been 1 year and I haven't had a solution.
Clearly state that you need assistance with accessing your AWS account in order to resolve the issues you're experiencing. If necessary, provide additional verification or identity confirmation information to AWS support to help facilitate the account access process.
Thanks again Adeleke!
What's the correct way structions that I need following? Exists someone specific link that I can send my identity confirmation information to AWS?
