Since all the subnets are part of the same vpc, routing will be done automatically without needing BGP. If you need to use BGP, you need to have an ec2 image capable of that and possibly use GRE tunnels. Also, you can add secondary cidrs blocks in the VPC to allow the network 10 ranges. But what is the use case for the scenario mentioned?
