Hello.
After applying for a quota increase, you must wait until it is approved.
The documentation below states that it may take several days.
So please wait until it is approved.

You can request a quota increase using Service Quotas, using one of following options. Increases are not granted immediately. It might take a couple of days for your increase to take effect.

If you have a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you may try to get him to help speed things up.

Yes I see, But we need this immediately. I was hoping there is a way to increase the process
Unfortunately, your quota will not increase until AWS approves it.
