Hello AWS Support Team, I'm experiencing access denied errors with my IAM user and need assistance restoring default IAM settings for my account. Account Details: Account ID: 732231074744 IAM User: admin1 User ARN: arn:aws:iam::732231074744:user/admin1 Issue Description: I accidentally modified IAM settings and now my IAM user "admin1" cannot access basic IAM console features. I'm receiving multiple "Access Denied" errors when trying to: View password policies List IAM users Access Lightsail instances Modify IAM settings Specific Errors: Error 1: Password Policy Access Action: iam:GetAccountPasswordPolicy Resource: * Context: no identity-based policy allows the action Error 2: List Users Action: iam:ListUsers Resource: arn:aws:iam::732231074744:user/ Context: no identity-based policy allows the action What I Need: Restore IAM settings to default configuration Grant necessary permissions to "admin1" user to access IAM console and Lightsail Keep existing username and password unchanged What I've Tried: Attempted to modify permissions but receive access denied errors Cannot access IAM Users section to modify my own permissions Request: Please help restore my IAM user permissions or guide me on how to properly configure the "admin1" user with appropriate access to manage IAM and Lightsail services. Hello.

Judging from the error messages on the screen, it appears that "admin1" has lost the permission to manipulate IAM.
Therefore, you need to sign in with an IAM user other than "admin1" or the root user of the AWS account to configure the IAM policy.
If you have an IAM user other than "admin1", please configure the IAM policy using that user.
If no other IAM users exist, please follow the instructions in the following document to sign in as the root user of your AWS account and add the IAM policy.
To sign in as the root user, use the email address registered with your AWS account.
